She, who was already questioning herself before having children, only questioned herself more when her two boys were born: " I needed to know why I was having them looked after all day, and selling advertising on the Internet was no longer my right answer ... It took me a few years, a kick in the ass, for one day I found the situation untenable and went to ask for my mutual termination."

For Claire, our favorite AD , it was above all a synonym for freedom. She, who had worked her way up for a long time as a visual merchandiser for a major fashion brand, with difficult hours, chose to emancipate herself at the birth of her second baby: " When I announced my second pregnancy, when my boss asked me if I couldn't close my thighs (jokingly... but of course) it was the final blow! So I never came back after the birth, I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want anymore and that's when I got started, consulting, scenography, photoshoots, window displays... I had become a creative laboratory, hence my nickname "Swiss army knife", Charlotte came to me at the very beginning of Mezamé when there was still a grave accent on the first -e-, and since then we have been inseparable! "

The same goes for Pauline, the boss's BFF and expert in numbers and stock tracking, who had decided to make the most of her last maternity leave, far from her daily life as a buyer for textile brands. "I told myself it was the last one, I was going to take time for the children (and me!) and I added nine months of parental leave... to which were added the weeks of confinement!" Pauline took the opportunity to enter into a voluntary departure plan and carry out a skills assessment, "added to that was Charlotte who was launching Mezamé and with whom I could spend a certain number of hours on the phone every day on issues related to my old job..." That's how the story was written!

Bertille, the pro of pros for Mezamé, she joined the Team after her second child and a great desire for change " wanting to spend time with my family, to enjoy my children and to let go of the exciting but very demanding world in which she worked (internal communications for Parisian department stores).
