Our rugs
Foam pieces
They are protected by non-removable, water-repellent mattress protectors .
If soiled, clean with soap and water.
In case of disaster, the foams can be machine washed at 30°C (one at a time). Air dry flat .
Cotton/sweatshirt/cotton-linen rug
Covers are machine washable at 30°C on a standard cycle and spin (with similar colours).
Air dry.
Ironing is possible on the front side only (avoid the coated back side to preserve the water-repellent effect).
🧵 Important information for cotton/linen rugs and covers:
Cotton/linen is a material that stretches slightly with use — and that's part of its charm!
That's why our covers are intentionally adjusted after washing , to guarantee a flawless finish over time.
💡 Quick installation tip:
Once the cover is in place, turn the rug over and apply some pressure to distribute the material evenly.
And after two childish rolls (tested, approved), everything falls perfectly into place!
⚠️ Precaution for use
If your rug is placed on a damp area (e.g., a lawn with morning dew), check that the foam is not damp after use. If necessary, remove the cover and let it air dry.
Waterproof mat
Cleaning is recommended with a sponge and water and, if necessary, a suitable antiseptic product.
Machine washing is not recommended .
⚠️ Precautions in case of exposure to water
If your cover or mat has been exposed to a lot of water , remove the cover and allow the foam to air dry completely to prevent any moisture buildup. Slight water seepage may occur at the seams.
For the waterproof cover , make sure it is completely dry before storing it to avoid any moisture buildup.
📦 Long-term storage
If you are not using your waterproof cover all the time, keep it rolled up to prevent marks from appearing.
If traces of marbling appear, they can be reduced with light ironing on the reverse side .

Our Moumoute cover is made of organic cotton , a delicate material that reacts after the first wash. This is why it is sold slightly loose new .
Upon receipt , we recommend washing it at 30°C , then tumble drying it. This will allow the curls to swell and regain all their softness.
Waterproof covers
Recommended cleaning with a sponge and water and, if necessary, a suitable antiseptic product.
Machine washing not recommended .
