Return conditions in case of request for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind

📆 Deadline : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

📦 Product Condition : The returned item must be undamaged, unwashed and in its original packaging .

🚚 Return shipping costs : For all returns within mainland France, we will send you a prepaid voucher. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (€7 for a rug, €5.50 for other products). They will either be deducted from the refund or charged in the event of an exchange.

ℹ️ In the event of an exchange related to a change of color for a carpet, only the cover is affected by the exchange . The foam pieces are not replaced.

📌 Important : Remember to include your order reference in the package to facilitate processing.

👉 Important : We strongly recommend that you keep the proof of delivery provided by the carrier. Without this document, we cannot be held liable in the event of loss or non-receipt of the return.

📩 Upon receipt of your package , we will send you a confirmation email and proceed with the exchange or refund according to your choice.

☑ Upon receipt of the completed form, we will send you a prepaid return slip to return the products concerned to us.

🚚 As soon as the return is scanned by the carrier (tracking activated), we prepare and ship the correct products.
