The gift card is sent by email with a code to use at checkout.
Available amounts: 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 euros
Valid on the entire site: life mats, covers, accessories…

🗒️ Terms & Conditions

The e-gift card is valid for one year from the date it is sent to the recipient.
The e-gift card is not eligible for instalment payments via Alma.
The e-gift card cannot be combined with a discount code.
Purchasing an e-gift card does not generate loyalty points — these will be accumulated when the gift card is spent.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. This timeframe may be extended during peak periods (Christmas, new collection launches…)

Pre-order items are dispatched from the date indicated on the product page. If your order contains at least 1 pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched once complete.

Deliveries are available across mainland France via Chronopost 13H or ChronoRelais (24h after dispatch, Monday to Friday), Colissimo (2–3 days), Mondial Relay (3–5 days), GLS (2–3 working days), across Europe (4–5 days), and worldwide (5–11 days).

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item if it doesn't suit you (from the date of receipt). Return costs for an exchange or refund request — whether for an order shipped within mainland France or outside mainland France — are the responsibility of the customer. To find out more, click here
