How to create a customer account?
Welcome to Mèzamé ! To create an account, click on "My account" at the top right of our site, then on "Create an account" .
Creating your account allows you to access your order history, your wishlist, your personal information and to join our loyalty program.
How to subscribe to our newsletter?
To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your email address in the welcome pop-up or at the bottom of our website's homepage. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email within a few hours.
Please check your spam folder, as our email sometimes ends up there.
Each month, a random draw will select one winner of a €100 voucher from among our new subscribers. The winner will then be contacted by email.
How to unsubscribe from our newsletter ?
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page.

I lost my password, what should I do ?
When you log in, click on "Forgotten password" . You will then receive an email within a few minutes allowing you to set a new password.

How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
To sign up, go to the “My Account” section on our website, where you can create your account. Your loyalty account and customer account are one and the same.

How can I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance in the “My Account” section or directly on the loyalty page to see your current total.
How can I earn points?
You earn points through purchases (1 euro = 1 point) and by completing missions.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.
Do points expire?
No, your points do not expire.
Can points be exchanged for cash?
Points can only be redeemed for rewards, not for cash.

How does the loyalty program work?
Every euro you spend on our products earns you points, which are added to your account after your purchase.

What missions can I complete to earn bonus points?
You can boost your points balance by completing various missions, like following us on Instagram, leaving a review on Avis Vérifiés, or sharing a photo with us…

Some points — especially those from missions that require manual validation — may take a little time to appear in your account. Thanks for your patience!
How will I know when new missions are available?

How can I use my accumulated points?
You can redeem your points for rewards by selecting your preferred option on the loyalty page and using the corresponding code during your next purchase.
Can rewards be combined with promotional offers?
No, rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
How long are my rewards valid?
The expiration date is indicated on each reward.
VIP tiers
What is the VIP Program and how can I join?
The VIP Program gives you extra rewards based on your purchases made during the current year. As you move up through the tiers, you unlock exclusive rewards at each new level.
How are the VIP tiers structured?
You can find full details about the rewards available at each tier on the loyalty page.
How will I know when I’ve reached a higher VIP tier?
We’ll notify you as soon as you’re promoted to the next level!

In order to offer the fairest possible price and taking into account the fact that our products are manufactured in France, we chose, when we launched in 2019, to sell exclusively directly on our website, without any intermediary.

I would like to offer an order
To gift an order, simply select the "Shipping address is different from billing address" option just before checking out. Your order will then be marked as a gift.
📦 Good to know : The invoice will not be included in the package, except for orders sent to the French overseas departments and territories or outside the European Union .
Is it possible to add a gift word?
🎁 Yes! You can write a personalized note in the space provided just before checking out. It will then be printed and included in the package by our workshop.
Do you offer discounts?
Since our launch, we have been committed to offering you a fair price all year round , without intermediaries and without discounts, sales or promotional codes.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
📦 Because delivery has a real cost.
We have chosen to be transparent about these shipping costs: they are never really "free" , but often included in the sale price of the products.
Is payment on the Mezamé website secure?
✅ Yes! Payment by credit card is made via the secure Payplug or Alma platforms. We never have access to your banking information .
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via:

Apple Pay
Alma (payment in 2 or 3 installments without fees, from 150 euros )
PayPal (only for orders delivered outside mainland France)
If I pay in installments with Alma, is my order sent immediately?
✔️ Yes! Even if you choose to pay in installments with Alma ,
Your order will be shipped upon receipt of the first payment . Subsequent monthly payments will be collected after receipt of your order.
How do I pay with a gift card or a discount code?
To redeem a gift card or coupon code , simply enter the discount code in the designated field in the last step before payment. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
