Welcome to Mèzamé! To create an account, click on "My account" at the top right of our site, then on "Create an account" .

Creating your account allows you to access your order history, your wishlist, your personal information and to join our loyalty program.

How to subscribe to our newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your email address in the welcome pop-up or at the bottom of our website's homepage. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email within a few hours.

Please check your spam folder, as our email sometimes ends up there.

Each month, a random draw will select one winner of a €100 voucher from among our new subscribers. The winner will then be contacted by email.

How to unsubscribe from our newsletter?

My order

Confirmation of my order

After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your shopping cart. You can also find this information in your customer area , under the "My Orders" tab.

If you do not receive this email after your payment, despite checking your spam , and the order does not appear in your account, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at hello@mezameparis.com .

I would like to modify the contents of my order

If your order has not yet been processed by our workshop, we may consider a modification. Contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@mezameparis.com , and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return one or more items. Go to the "Shipping & Returns" section to find out how.

I wish to cancel my order

Cancellation depends on the progress of your order:

✔️ If the order has not yet been processed , we can cancel it and issue a refund. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@mezameparis.com .

✔️ If the order is already being prepared , we will no longer be able to cancel it. You can, however, return it to us after receipt. Find all the information in the "Deliveries & Returns" section.

I received a defective or wrong item

Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to check your items and report any anomalies to us as quickly as possible by completing the following form and attaching photos of the product concerned to your email at hello@mezameparis.com .

⚠️ If the item has already been used, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

However, we remain at your disposal to find a suitable solution together!

I would like to offer an order

To gift an order, simply select the "Shipping address is different from billing address" option just before checking out. Your order will then be marked as a gift.

📦 Good to know : The invoice will not be included in the package, except for orders sent to the French overseas departments and territories or outside the European Union .

Is it possible to add a gift word?

🎁 Yes! You can write a personalized note in the space provided just before checking out. It will then be printed and included in the package by our workshop.

Is the Mezamé website secure?

✅ Yes! Payment by credit card is made via the secure Payplug or Alma platforms. We never have access to your banking information .

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via:

Alma (payment in 2 or 3 installments without fees, from 150 euros )

PayPal (only for orders delivered outside mainland France)

How do I pay with a gift card or a discount code?

To redeem a gift card or coupon code , simply enter the discount code in the designated field in the last step before payment. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Mezamé delivers worldwide , except to Russia .

🚛 For the UK : Due to Brexit tax regulations, we only accept orders with a minimum value of 150 euros (excluding shipping costs).

What are the delivery costs?

At Mezamé, we've chosen to be transparent about shipping costs by charging them separately rather than including them in the sale price. Every shipment has a cost, and unfortunately, delivery is never truly "free."

📦 Delivery costs for mainland France (including Corsica) :

Mondial Relay : from €5.60 (parcels <2 kg, 3-5 days)

ChronoRelais : from €7.80 (delivery before 1 p.m. the next day, working days)

GLS Home : from €7 (24-48 hours)

Can I change carriers?

🚚 Unfortunately, no . Our logistical constraints do not allow us to change the carrier once the order has been validated.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It all depends on the delivery method chosen and the destination country . You will find all the detailed information about our service providers, delivery times and prices on the Deliveries & Returns page.

Our workshop is open Monday to Friday .

Orders are generally prepared in D+2 and shipped in D+3 .

These deadlines may be slightly longer during periods of high activity ( Christmas, promotions, etc. ).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email .

📦 To track your order, simply click on "Track my order" in the email to access the carrier's tracking.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

🚚 We cannot delay the shipment of an order.

📌 If you are not there at the time of delivery, your package will be left at a relay point depending on the carrier selected.

I have a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

If you have any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service by email at hello@mezameparis.com . We will do our best to help you resolve the situation with the carrier.

I paid extra customs duties, can you refund them?

📦 For any order shipped outside mainland France , customs duties may apply. These are not included in the price of your order and remain your responsibility .

⚠️ We cannot estimate these fees in advance , and we cannot refund them . More information is available in our Deliveries & Returns section.

I was unable to collect my order from the collection point, what should I do?

If your order has not been collected on time , it will be returned to us.

📆 Deadline : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

📌 Important : Remember to include your order reference in the package to facilitate processing.

Tips for a safe return

✔️ We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number . Without tracking, we will not accept any claims in case of loss of the package.

The carpet of life

What age is our life mat designed for?

For real? From birth to 99 years old!

Much more than just a play mat, our play mat is designed to grow with your child and your family . Thanks to its modularity and its activity covers , it adapts to all stages of life: awakening, motor skills, play, quiet time, extra bed for sleepovers... Because in the end, there is no age for comfort !

How is a life carpet made up?

Our life mat is made up of:

✔️ 2 pieces of foam (or 3 for king-size )

✔️ A non-removable mattress protector to protect the foam

✔️ A printed cover equipped with 2 zips to insert each piece of foam + an extension cover (for the king-size version)

📦 Each living mat (including king-size) comes with a tote bag for easy transport.

Can I learn more about the living mat foam?

We have selected our foam with the help of early childhood professionals so that it meets the motor skills needs of babies:

Thickness : 2.5 cm

Firm : so that baby feels its support

Soft : to absorb any shocks

Optimal density : to last over time ( and above all also comfortable for us, the parents 😉)

Oeko-Tex and CertiPur : because you entrust us with your most precious possessions

What is the difference between your subjects?

To help you choose, here is a summary of the textures :

Cotton : "shirt cloth effect" feel

Sweatshirt : “soft sweatshirt effect” feel

Cotton / Linen : "lightly textured cotton-linen blend" feel

Waterproof : “leather effect” feel

What is the difference between a standard living rug and a king-size rug?

The standard living mat consists of 2 pieces of foam measuring 60x120 cm , assembled under a cover with a zip on each side. Final size: 120x120 cm .

The king-size living mat includes a standard mat + a 60x120 cm extension , attached using the 3 snaps under the cover .

📌 Good to know :

✔️ The extension cord is sold separately for later purchase.

✔️ If a print is out of stock, we recommend that you stock it up before the collection is discontinued (announcements are made on our social networks).

How do I install my living mat?

📦 Waterproof living mat

Good news! Waterproof living mats are sent already covered . All you have to do is take it out of its tote bag and ENJOY ! ✨

📦 Cotton/sweatshirt/cotton-linen rug

1️⃣ Wash the covers upon receipt so that they fit properly:

Temperature : 30°C

Air drying

✔️ Cotton / cotton-linenAbout half a day

✔️ SweatUp to one day max

2️⃣ Insert each piece of foam into the printed cover

📌 A little tip for a flawless result:

The mattress pads sewn onto the foam are slightly larger to make them easier to put on by hand. We've kept this excess as small as possible, but there may still be some play.

To avoid visible creases on your upholstered rug , follow this tip:

✔️ Take each piece of foam by the small side where the mattress pad is closed.

✔️ Shake it firmly in the air , like you would cover a duvet .

✔️ The excess will gather on one side , and once inserted into the zipped cover, it will no longer be visible !

Can you explain the activity cover system?

Our activity covers are designed with a flap system to be installed in one movement over the activity mat, like a notebook cover . Once the activity is finished, simply remove it to find your original mat.

We offer different activity covers depending on:

✔️ The children's ages :

Sensory (0-15 months)

Wonderland, circuit (from 2 years old)

In the city, coloring (3-4 years)

✔️ Use :

Waterproof ( ideal for messy activities )

Moumoute ( ultra-soft version for quiet times )

📌 The activity cover is designed for the standard size , but the extension can be added by attaching the central snap to enlarge the play space.

⚠️ Exception: the fleece cover is available in standard and king-size versions.

Is it possible to change the carpet cover?

Yes, of course! All our covers are sold separately , making changing covers as easy as changing your shirt – with just a couple of zips !

Can your rug travel on an airplane?

📦 Dimensions of the shipped carpet :

Standard : 64x64x13 cm

King-size : 64x64x18 cm

✈️ You have several options for transporting it :

In the hold protected in its plastic shipping bag or a baby travel bag

In some suitcases or vacuum bags to save space

Can I use my mat outdoors?

Yes! Our rug is portable.

✔️ Cotton, sweat, and cotton-linen rugs have a water-repellent coated canvas backing , making them suitable for outdoor use. In case of stains, a simple wipe with a sponge is all that's needed.

⚠️ If the rug is placed on a damp area (e.g., a lawn with morning dew), check that the foam pads are not damp after use. If necessary, remove the covers and let them air dry.

✔️ We also offer a waterproof range (front and back) for outdoor use that is easy to clean with a simple wipe of a sponge.

How do I maintain my living mat?

✔️ Cotton, organic sweatshirt and cotton-linen covers :

Machine washable at 30°C (with similar colors)

Air drying

Ironing possible on the front only ( avoid the coated back to preserve the water-repellent effect ).

✔️ Waterproof covers : clean with a sponge and an antiseptic product if necessary.

✔️ Foams protected by non-removable water-repellent mattress covers :

If dirty, scrub with soap and water .

In case of disaster , the foams can be machine washed at 30°C ( one by one, air dry and lay flat ).

Can it be used as an extra bed?

🛏️ Yes, absolutely! It's perfect for sleepovers or nights on vacation .

Fun fact : The designer's daughter slept for 18 months at the foot of her bed on her living mat!

Can you attach two rugs together?

✔️ Yes , thanks to our XXL kit , sold in the accessories section, which allows you to connect two standard mats .

I'm afraid the pressure from my carpet will scratch my parquet floor.

No worries! If you don't use an extension cord, you can protect your floor with our rubber pressure pads , available in the Accessories section.

Are your collections permanent?

We offer timeless prints, but we also love to create new designs , so sometimes some collections are discontinued after more than 12 months .

The waterproof range

How do I maintain my waterproof mat or cover?

To maintain your waterproof carpet , we recommend cleaning with a sponge , water and, if necessary, a suitable antiseptic product .

⚠️ Machine washing is not recommended.

📌 Precautions for exposure to water :

✔️ If your cover or mat has been exposed to a lot of water , we recommend removing the cover from your living mat and letting the foams air dry to avoid any traces of moisture. In fact, slight water infiltration may occur at the seams.

✔️ For the waterproof cover , also make sure that it is completely dry before storing it to avoid any moisture appearing.

📦 Long-term storage :

If your waterproof cover is not going to be used permanently on the mat, it is best to keep it rolled up to avoid marring .

👉 If marks appear, they can be reduced by ironing on the reverse side .

What is the difference between the waterproof cover with a zip and the one with flaps?

1️⃣ The waterproof zipped cover

✔️ Made of the same material on the front (printed or plain) and back (plain gray).

✔️ Equipped with two zips on each side to insert the foam pieces and assemble the living mat.

✔️ Ideal for minimal sponge maintenance, perfect for childcare facilities or intensive use .

The extension system

How does it work?

The extension attaches to the living mat using the 3 snaps attached under the back of the covers.

📌 Compatibility with older models

✔️ If your living mat was purchased before January 2022 , your cover may not be equipped with snaps .

To make it compatible, you can purchase our DIY extension kit , available in the accessories section.

This kit allows you to sew 3 pressure strips on the back of your cover and thus make it compatible with our extension.

Can I add an extension cord to an extension cord?

🛑 If you want to add multiple extensions, it's like putting together two living mats!

✔️ In this case, you can connect them with our XXL kit ( accessories section).

✔️ If you want to add several extensions , it is possible thanks to the DIY kit and its 3 pressure strips to sew . You can add as many extensions as you want !

Why is there a difference in color with my extension purchased later?

🌞 A difference in color may appear if you purchase your extension cord several months or years after your living rug.

💡 Why? Light , even indirect, has a natural impact on colors over time ( like a mark left on a wall or a curtain exposed to the sun ).

📌 Don't worry : this difference will fade with time and use.

Activity covers

Can I buy a life mat directly with an activity cover?

No, we do not offer the life mat directly with an activity cover instead of the zippered cover.

💡 Why?

✔️ Foam pieces, when not assembled in a zipped case , cannot be folded or transported easily .

📌 How to proceed?

1️⃣ Purchase a living mat , which includes 2 (or 3) foam pieces and a zip-up cover of your choice.

2️⃣ Then add an activity cover , which is easily positioned on top thanks to its 4 flaps .

How do I position an activity cover on a king-size living mat?

📌 The activity covers , including the sensory cover, are designed to be installed on a standard size living mat .

👉 For use with an extension cord :

✔️ The extension attaches to the middle snap , between the two side flaps of the activity cover.

⚠️ Exception : only the Moumoute cover is available in standard and king-size versions.

From what age is the sensory cover recommended?

👶 The sensory cover is designed to promote the gentle development of babies from 0 to 15 months.

I lost the accessories for my sensory cover, what should I do?

✔️ Have you lost the rattle?

No worries! You can order a new one in the Accessories section of our website.

✔️ Have you lost the user guide?

My baby seems uninterested in the sensory cover, what should I do?

At Mèzamé , we firmly believe that "less is more" when it comes to early learning. Harmonious development is based above all on:

✔️ The presence of parents (and possibly siblings to spice up the experience 😉)

✔️ Suitable equipment , without overstimulation

✔️ A pace respected , because they will have plenty of time to live in a world where everything goes fast!

This is why our sensory cover was designed with a team of early childhood professionals , integrating around ten essential stimulations to support the development of babies from 0 to 15 months .

💡 Tip : As it is recommended to rotate the toys and rattles available to a baby every 2 to 3 weeks , we advise you to alternate times with and without a sensory cover .

🌀 Your baby will rediscover his cover with his new acquisitions .

For example :

👉 At 12 weeks , he will start to grasp the rattle .

👉 At 9 months , he will enjoy finding it hidden in the gingham pocket !

The Wonderland Cover

From what age is the Wonderland cover recommended?

🌍 The Wonderland cover is recommended for ages 2 and up . It invites children to explore the animal world in its natural habitat .

✏️ Only washable markers should be used , whether purchased on our site or elsewhere, provided that they are washable .

Can my rug get stained under the Coloriage x OMY cover?

No, no risk! We have integrated a lining under the cover to prevent any stains on your carpet.

Why does the Moumoute cover seem too big when I receive it?

🧸 Our Moumoute cover is made of organic cotton , a delicate material that reacts to the first wash.

📌 That's why it is sold loose new.

✔️ Upon receipt, we recommend washing it at 30°C , then tumble drying it.

✔️ This will allow the curls to swell and regain all their softness .

Bed linen

What material is your bed linen made of?

🛏️ Our bed linen is made from Oeko-Tex cotton jersey.

💡 Why jersey?

✔️ Jersey is a mesh weave, which makes it extremely soft and supple .

✔️ As soft as your favorite t-shirt , fluid and enveloping...

✔️ And of course, it's sprinkled with bedtime powder for even sweeter nights! ✨

Why do your duvet covers have a button closure?

🧵 Because it’s the most practical and durable solution!

✔️ Wallet closure ❌: the duvet always ends up escaping.

✔️ Zipper closure ❌: we have found that it is less resistant to washing in the long term.

✔️ Button closure ✅: ultra practical, durable, and what’s more… our buttons are personalized Mèzamé – and they’re so beautiful ! 😍

Can I choose the size of my pillowcase from the sets?

📌 No, the sets are already packaged in our workshop in Portugal.

The nursing pillow: the Roomate

What is the filling of your nursing pillow?

🛏️ At Mèzamé, we have chosen a pillow-type padding made from Oeko-Tex certified polyester .

💡 Why this choice?

✔️ More comfortable than microbeads

✔️ More durable over time

✔️ Scalable : new, it is plump and firm , but it gradually adapts to the desired positions with use.

Is the cover compatible with my old nursing pillow?

📏 Our covers are sold separately and measure approximately 170 x 30 cm .

✔️ They are adaptable to most commercial nursing pillows , whose sizes vary between 150 and 180 cm .

I lost the guide sold with my nursing pillow, what should I do?

📩 No worries! You can request it from our customer service at hello@mezameparis.com .
