DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. This timeframe may be extended during busy periods (Christmas, new collection launches…)

Pre-order items are dispatched from the date shown on the product page. If your order contains at least 1 pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched once complete.

Deliveries within Metropolitan France are handled by Chronopost 13H or ChronoRelais (24h after dispatch, Monday to Friday), Colissimo (2–3 days), Mondial Relay (3–5 days), GLS (2–3 working days), across Europe (4–5 days), and worldwide (5–11 days).

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item if it doesn't suit you (from the date of receipt). Return costs for an exchange or refund request — whether the order was shipped within or outside Metropolitan France — are the responsibility of the customer. To find out more, head this way

What material is your bedding made from?

🛏️ Our bedding is made from Oeko-Tex certified cotton jersey.

✔️ And of course, it is sprinkled with sleepy-time magic for even sweeter nights! ✨

Why do your duvet covers have a button fastening?

🧵 Because it's the most practical and longest-lasting solution!

✔️ Envelope fastening ❌: the duvet always ends up
escaping.

✔️ Zip fastening ❌: we've found
that it holds up less well through washes in the long run.

✔️ Button fastening ✅: ultra practical, durable, and what's more… our buttons are personalised Mezamé – and they are too lovely ! 😍

Can I choose the pillowcase size in the bedding sets?
