CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Foam pieces protected by a water-repellent mattress protector. In case of a stain, you can spot clean with soap and water. In case of a bigger accident, the foam pieces can be machine washed individually, rolled up carefully, at 30°C and dried flat.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. This may take longer during busy periods (Christmas, new collection launches…)

Pre-order items are dispatched from the date shown on the product page. If your order contains at least 1 pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched once complete.

Deliveries within Metropolitan France are handled by Chronopost 13H or ChronoRelais (24h after dispatch, Monday to Friday), Colissimo (2–3 days), Mondial Relay (3–5 days), GLS (2–3 working days), across Europe (4–5 days), and worldwide (5–11 days).

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item if it doesn't suit you (from the date of receipt). Return costs for an exchange or refund request — whether the order was shipped within or outside Metropolitan France — are the responsibility of the customer. To find out more, it's all here
