Mother in chief of Mezamé, my fourth baby!
The Mezamé story really began in 2014 with the birth of our eldest son Léon, who was born premature.
For his arrival, family friends gave us one of those activity mats that were everywhere at the time — loud, with built-in flashing lights. I was touched by the gesture, but I very quickly found it way too stimulating, not exactly pretty, and bulky — yet somehow still too small for his first moves and our family moments together.
The seed of an alternative to classic play & activity mats had been planted 💡
A little Oscar later, and after 10 years working in media, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship — equal parts excited and terrified — bringing together my love of the world of childhood and interiors, with the desire to build something that truly serves family life!
