Because our children's safety is paramount, all our products have been tested in an independent laboratory and comply with the requirements of CE standard EN 71 1-2-3, applicable to toys for children under 3 years old.

During this test, a prototype was put through its paces to assess:

  • Its mechanical properties

    Seam tear resistance, and the size of individual components to eliminate any risk of ingestion or choking. (EN 71-1)

  • Its flame resistance

    It was held against a Bunsen burner flame to measure the rate of flame spread. (EN 71-2)

  • Its chemical properties

    100% of our materials are Oeko-Tex 100 certified (meaning they are free from harmful chemical substances). (EN 71-3)
