COMPOSITION & MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
Foam pieces protected by a water-repellent mattress protector. In case of stains, you can rub them with soap and water. In case of a major accident, you can machine wash the foam pieces one by one, rolling them up tightly, at 30 degrees, and dry flat.

Attention ☀️ L’atelier prend des vacances du 31 juillet au 10 août. Les délais de livraison indiqués ci-dessous ne s'appliquent qu'une fois votre commande expédiée, à partir du 11 août ☀️

LIVRAISON

Les commandes sont expédiées sous 2/3 jours ouvrés. Ce délai peut être rallongé en période de fortes commandes (Noël, nouvelle collection…)

Les expéditions d'articles en pré-commande se font à partir de la date indiquée sur la fiche produit. Si votre commande contient au moins 1 article en pré-commande alors votre commande sera expédiée une fois complète.

Les livraisons sont assurées en France Métropolitaine par Chronopost 13H ou ChronoRelais (24h après expédition, du lundi au vendredi), Colissimo (2-3 jours), par Mondial Relay (3-5 jours), GLS (2-3 jours ouvrés), en Europe (4-5 jours), et dans le monde (5-11 jours).
