DELIVERIES
Time limit
All orders placed on our site are generally prepared within 2 working days (D+2) and shipped within 3 working days (D+3).
During the Christmas period or during a collection launch , these lead times may be extended. Our teams do their utmost to reduce them as much as possible.
If a shipping date is indicated on the product sheet, this is the one that should be taken into account.
If your order contains both available and unavailable items, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping your package.
The times mentioned are indicative , provided by the carriers and apply once the order has been shipped , taking into account our preparation time of 2 to 3 working days .
Costs
At Mèzamé, we have chosen to be transparent about shipping costs rather than including them in the sale price. Every shipment has a cost, and delivery is never truly “free.”
All prices listed on this page are exclusive of tax and include customs fees.
📦 For all orders shipped to the United States and Canada, customs duties are included in the price of your order. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Mainland France (including Corsica)
- Mondial Relay : from €5.60 (parcels <2 kg, 3-5 days)
- ChronoRelais : from €7.80 (delivery before 1 p.m. the day after dispatch, working days)
- GLS Home : from €7 (2-3 days)
- Chronopost 13H Home : from €11 (delivery before 1 p.m. the day after dispatch, working days)
- Colissimo : from €13 (delivery within 48 hours )
International
• Chronopost Express within 5 to 11 business days in DDP
📦 For all orders shipped to the United States and Canada, customs duties are included in the price of your order. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. This delivery time may be extended due to customs processing.
A little tip for when you receive your delivery
If your package arrives damaged or the packaging appears damaged, it is important not to accept it so that our customer service department can take the necessary steps quickly.

📆 Deadline : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
📦 Product Condition : The returned item must be undamaged, unwashed and in its original packaging .
🚚 Return shipping costs : For all returns within mainland France, we will send you a prepaid voucher. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (€7 for a rug, €5.50 for other products). They will either be deducted from the refund or charged in the event of an exchange.

ℹ️ In the event of an exchange related to a change of color for a carpet, only the cover is affected by the exchange . The foam pieces are not replaced.
